Honestly I can't thank mobiflo enough for their help and assistance with my order!
If you have any reservations about using a new company which if like me you may have, they were certainly were unfounded, Mobiflo certainly went above and beyond to help me with my order and certainly make you feel that all their customers are very special & important to them.
The scooter is great too and does everything I need it to do so no qualms there at all.

From the initial enquiry using the online chat right through to delivery I found the service provided was excellent.
The online chat was very quickly answered and all my questions sorted.
Having placed my order delivery was arranged very quickly, especially as it had to come all the way to the bottom end of Cornwall.
Delivery was arranged for Monday morning, but I was contacted by the delivery guy who said he could deliver Sunday evening. Needless to I am well impressed with the service from the delivery guy as well.
The communication with Mobiflo was also fantastic as I received phone calls from them to make sure I was happy with the delivery schedule and with the scooter itself.
I would have no fear in recommending Mobiflo to anyone who would require any additional mobility requirements.

It’s lightweight but still feels really sturdy. I love how easy it is to fold up and take with me in the car. The controls are simple, and it handles well both indoors and outside. Perfect for getting around with no stress. Definitely recommend it!

The Vermont chair has been amazing for me. I struggle with neck pain, and the adjustable headrest makes such a difference. The tilt feature is brilliant, I can put my feet up and really feel the pressure ease off my back. Super comfy and easy to use

I’ve had my Aura for just over three months now, and honestly, it’s changed the way I get around. I was nervous about getting a mobility scooter, but this one doesn’t feel bulky or clunky at all. It’s really easy to take apart and pop in the boot of my car-my daughter helps me with the heavier bit, but I can manage the rest on my own.

The ride is smoother than I expected-really comfy even on uneven pavements-and the suspension actually makes a difference. I like the seat a lot; it swivels, so I don’t have to twist around awkwardly. The display is clear and easy to read, even with my glasses off.

Battery life is excellent-I use it most days to go to the shops or meet friends for coffee, and I only charge it once a week. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it struggles a little with steeper hills near my house, but nothing major.

All in all, I’m thrilled with it. It’s reliable, comfortable, and doesn’t make me feel like I’ve had to give up my independence. Highly recommend!
